Siddharth has worked as a Database Administrator and IT Recruitment Consultant since 2019, combining technical database expertise with a sharp eye for identifying and sourcing top IT talent. He is passionate about maintaining data accuracy and integrity, while excelling in building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
