When I was offered the vacant position of Delivery Consultant at iTrust, I immediately recognised myself in the job description. The focus on high-quality recruiting combined with the opportunity to generate real added value for our candidates and clients convinced me from the very beginning. I am very happy to have made the move to iTrust, to experience this unique approach and to be part of a team that supports each other unconditionally at all times.

Holger joined the team in January 2025 as Delivery Consultant focussing on the DACH region. Due to his professional background in the placement of freelancers, this is his primary focus at iTrust whilst also supporting the team in the placement of permanent candidates.

Holger is also a trained systemic change facilitator, which enables him to respond to the continuous changes in the candidate market with creative methods. He is particularly interested in the current New Work models, everything to do with AI and modern workplace structures.

In his free time, he looks after his own Etsy shop, plays board or computer games with his friends and family or goes hiking in the countryside, preferably in the Berchtesgadener Land region.
