iTrust Partnering, an international recruitment company located in Tonbridge, are offering you the opportunity to learn how to recruit. Our 12-week immersive programme will involve learning alongside our high performing team, joining a dedicated group coaching programme and having 1-2-1 mentoring sessions with internal and external sales, marketing, and workforce experts.

You will learn everything about the Full Recruitment Life Cycle. You will have a good understanding of the hottest technologies in the market. You will improve your communication skills and how to create your personal branding. You will develop a commercial mindset. You will turn into a Tech Recruiter.

iTrust Partnering is dedicated to providing a key accounts IT staffing service to a selective number of clients in the Life Science, Consultancy and Technology industries in Europe.

We welcome “can do” and innovative professionals with some experience in a recruitment role and the willingness to contribute directly to the success and growth of the company.
