AI will replace recruiters…….??

That’s what one HR team told a client of mine recently. But he’s the CIO – and he strongly disagreed.

“AI can’t read the room. It can’t pull all the pieces together – the urgency, the people, the DNA of what we’re actually trying to build.”

And he’s right — especially in SAP.

In high-volume markets where people need jobs, AI might do the job well enough.

But in SAP?

*It’s niche
*It’s candidate-led
* And the best people don’t want a spec — they want to feel why it matters

They want a conversation.

Context.

Relevance.

Someone who speaks their language and gets the full picture.
