After 15 years working in IT recruitment, focusing mainly in the DACH market, Daniel Hulme launched iTrust Partnering in July 2016 with the core commitment to bring back “TRUST” into the staffing industry, through real partnerships with both clients and candidates, rather than transactional relationships.  


iTrust now employs a strong international team between UK and Spain. Our Delivery team are based in Barcelona, Spain and our Sales and Operations are driven from our UK office close to London Gatwick. New offices are due to be launched in Germany and/or Switzerland by latest 2019, where many of our clients are currently working with us. We have made many strong connections with the German speaking community and are planning on increasing our investments into the DACH region. 

We offer permanent and contract services in the IT sector with a focus on ERP (i.e. SAP) and Digital (Cloud) Transformation. It is essential to us that we are not just matching technical skills against our clients’ requirements, but also offering the right candidate DNA, something our clients tell us they really value about iTrust.

Delivery Team Lead - German Speaker

Barcelona - Spain

What can you expect?
  • Drive best practice and coach junior consultants in their daily activities

  • You will resource and deliver candidates into existing business using all tools available (CRM, partners network, social media...);

  • Co-ordinate the end-to-end recruitment process from requirement qualification, sourcing, to interview scheduling and post-offer candidate hypercare  

  • Contribute to internal recruitment by attracting, interviewing and selecting new hires for the delivery team and the business

  • Act as the escalation point for the Delivery consultants within your team

  • Work on the company database/CRM system ensuring data integrity and update, as well as ensure that all team members thoroughly follow all internal processes

  • Develop your commercial negotiating skills through a consultative approach  

  • Great team spirit and fun working atmosphere where the values of equality, humility and accountability are upheld and the sense of community amongst colleagues is extended to candidates and clients alike 

  • Participate directly in the company's success (including a variable remuneration accordingly) and development of your team

Senior Recruitment Consultant  - German Speaker

What can you expect?
  • You will resource and deliver candidates into existing business using all tools available (CRM, partners network, social media...)

  • Build long-term relationships with candidates 

  • Manage the recruitment process from requirement qualification, sourcing, to interview scheduling and post-offer candidate hypercare  

  • Work with social media and marketing campaigns including LinkedIn, Xing, job boards and other tools 

  • Work on the company database/CRM system ensuring data integrity and data update 

  • Develop your commercial negotiating skills through a consultative approach  

  • Great team spirit and fun working atmosphere where the values of equality, humility and accountability are upheld and the sense of community amongst colleagues is extended to candidates and clients alike 

  • Participate directly in the company's success (including a variable remuneration accordingly)
