Although global IT spending is forecasted to decline 8% in 2020 due to the impact of COVID-19, there will be some increase in spending in public cloud services.
The focus is on initiatives to keep the business going and there will have to be a change in mindset for the majority of organisations in order to recover from the crisis. When the crisis began, one of our customers in the food industry approached us because there was increased demand and immense pressure for cloud access and infrastructure. We have since been able to find several experts to support them successfully.
